GBPlacing the order was easy and pricing… Placing the order was easy and pricing was reasonable. Items finally arrived in good condition. My only minor concern was that a couple of weeks after the order, I emailed to check status of the order. No response was received for quite a few days, and then notice of shipment was finally sent.

GBPathetic You don’t answer your phone or return calls. My order took over six weeks for delivery. I had to make threats in order to get anything done. Other reviewers had similar complaints. If you’re too busy to provide proper service then hire more people.

GBQuality product It took a few days to ship but I received a tracking number and the item arrived about 10 days after ordering it. This was my second purchase from them in 2 months and I would definitely order from them again if needed.

GBJust what I needed… I searched and searched for the part that I needed and was completely out of luck until I found “The Sheet Metal Kid”. They had exactly what I needed, a price that was affordable, and shipping that was fast. They also had an easily navigated website with secure purchasing. When the part arrived, it was better than expected and it fit perfectly.

GBSlow, no response, read the other reviews As others have stated: (1) SLOW processing time (weeks to months to fulfill order), (2) ZERO ability to get a response to emails, phone calls, or online requests/tickets, and (3) I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I ordered $520 worth of wyes on 28 Jan 2024. As of 14 Feb, the order status was still “AWAITING FULFILLMENT”. I made 4 online requests and 2 voicemails over the course of a week (the last of which was requesting cancellation of order), but I received no response. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. If you can wait for months for the order, it sounds like they do good work. But, their customer service is nonexistent. On the website, they say core values are: Relationships, Quality, and Service. That was NOT my experience.
