Complete lack of customer service Super into making money and using flowery virtue signaling language. But the customer service is a nightmare back and forth with someone who is either ignoring the customers problem or completely lacks any sort of reading comprehension, so resorts to spouting mealy mouth BS. Another fake it till you make it tactic I guess.

Excellent source for important medicine! I had a rocky start with this company, as the instructions regarding payment were not clear enough for me to avoid a lot of frustration on my part. However, they did resolve the confusion and I quickly received my samples. The products received are of the highest quality I have experienced. The information on the website is invaluable. I am already feeling positive benefits, and have placed an order to receive more. I am impressed by this company and even though they may have gone through some growing pains as the business has grown, I feel complete confidence in the quality of the products and have referred family members and friends. FYI: There is a scam business with a similar name that comes up on a google search for a customer service phone number. It is not the legit company! The real SoulCybin company has very clear and positive intentions, and I'm grateful for what they provide. I will update this review when I receive and try the promised free samples!
