GBCheck before you sign. Good design and fittings of a reasonable spec. but heating system too complex. Mainly used sub-contractors with consequent poor attention to detail for carpentry, electrics and plumbing. Poor customer service with excessive waits to attend to snagging issues.

GBThe finish on my new Sigma home is…outstanding I am delighted with my new Sigma home; everyone involved in my move could not have been more helpful. As the development is still in build mode, I am supposedly living on a building site but the current building work is screened off and everything is kept as tidy and clean as possible. The site managers and other site staff are very friendly and will do anything to make life easier. The design and build quality of the house are excellent with many little finishing touches and a consistent use of high quality materials. If you’re looking for a new build house then I can thoroughly recommend Sigma.

GBWhat lovely Homes .. What lovely Homes ... I visited Mayflower Meadow in Angmering and I was overwhelmed by the quality of these homes. The homes are such a good size and layout. The location is great and being such a small development compared to some of the others was a real bonus! The saying 'You get what you pay for' springs to mind when it comes to Mayflower Meadow, the quality really is impressive. After viewing many of the other sites in the area, I would not buy anywhere else but here!

GBWe moved into our new Sigma home nearly… We moved into our new Sigma home nearly a year ago and it has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Despite a five-month delay the house was by no means completed. The standard of workmanship, particularly carpentry was rough and slipshod. The site manager admitted that a lot of work remained to be done and that the house had not been finished to an acceptable standard. Some of the more straightforward faults and omissions were addressed by the site manager in the short time that work was still ongoing on the site Unfortunately much remained to be done, some jobs could not be tackled until more fundamental problems had been resolved. Sigma's lack of organisation meant that tradesmen had wasted journeys and made the whole process more stressful, time consuming and inconvenient. Our house did not get finished to a proper standard. The workmanship was in some cases no better the second time. Pieces of wood were patched into skirting boards and painted over. Efforts were made to improve the appearance of this work but the joins are still obvious. Issues were certainly addressed but in some cases the manner in which they addressed was far from satisfactory. I understand that Sigma had problems finding tradesmen when our house was being built and I know that some of the earlier houses in the development were finished to a higher standard but our new Sigma home has been a dreadful disappointment
