GBI’ve learned a lot about myself from… I’ve learned a lot about myself from the very first day when Julian was willing to work with the 1/2 % that I was able to give at the time. I was very depressed, out of shape and didn’t want to even try the program. But because he and Gillian worked with what I had, and because I grumped and cursed and bitterly went through my first workout, then second, then third-it became more about how I have changed mentally even more than physically. It’s meditation and commitment on my part, but positive reinforcement and patience on theirs which I have grown to love most.

GBAmazing Program for Vegans My Jacked Vegans journey has been amazing. I’ve been vegan for 7 years and my weight has fluctuated due to life events, too much restriction or too much indulgence. It was so hard for me to be consistent with non-vegan coaches. With Jacked Vegans, I’ve been able to lose fat while gaining muscle and follow the amazing meal plan/macro plan I was given. The group calls are great for a mindset boost and community building and your coach is always there for you if you need anything additional. If you’re looking for an all around mindset, nutrition and fitness program tailored to vegans, this one is for you!

Either they were too aggressive or there seemed to be something missing in the formula. Jacked Vegans has helped me tremendously to regain my power back and to have a better balance in my mind-soul-body connection. I am not a fitness girl and have struggle with being overweight for many years, but for the first time ever, my adorable, kind and patient coach has helped me see I have all I need to take better care of myself. I cannot recommend this program enough! 🩷

GBEncouraging and Strengthening Everything has been great!! The coaches are reassuring and encouraging. They walk you through all the steps, are accommodating through any challenges you might have going on in your personal life, they really set everything up so it’s all straight forward. They give you a meal plan and are open to adjusting as needed. The work out plans are also adjustable as you can choose with your coach, which ones you want to start with or work up to depending on your needs. The first few weeks I was feeling discouraged and unsure about the program, and my coach (Gigo) took time out of her day (daily) to check in and made sure I felt comfortable and ready to tackle the day. As well as daily check ins, they have multiple calls going on through the week!! So if you have certain questions or topics you want to talk about with like-minded people, you can. Overall really welcoming environment, they make you feel like you can do anything.

GBAmazing Way to Start Your Self-improvement Journey You're assigned a coach that checks in on you every day, provides 1 weekly menu as well as a whole ebook of healthy, delicious recipes, AND your weekly workout routines. They make sure to ask you how you feel and help you tackle any hiccups you might have with tips that they've used themselves or have seen work for others. There's also whole community that's a text away that's there to support you, cheer you on and that want to see you thrive. It's definitely the best decision I've made for myself since going vegan about 7 years ago. Definitely try them out!
