GBMy Weight Loss Journey My doctor kept telling me to lose weight, but everything exercise video and website I tried didn't work. It was hard for me to lose weight and keep it off. I looked for gyms and trainers that could help me lose weight, give advice on how to eat and maintain my weight loss, but I could not find one. Then I ran across Jacked Vegans. I have coaches, a supportive community, exercises, and more to help me through my weight loss journey. I don't have to wonder or guess if I am doing the right things to keep the weight off now. I am very thankful I joined Jacked Vegans because they have made my weight loss journey easy to follow. Jacked Vegans is awesome.

GBWhy wait? It’s time to get JACKED! I am so incredibly grateful that I joined Jacked Vegans. There are unique challenges for those that eat Vegan and want to be jacked, it can be a confusing journey with more questions than answers. I FINALLY feel like I have complete clarity with what to eat and how to lift. The coaches are incredibly supportive and overall amazing people that operate with the highest of integrity. Will Brooks is my coach and he’s become a life long friend. Julian, the owner, is an absolute stud and a wonderful guy. I couldn’t recommend this program more highly because it takes all the guesswork out of being a JACKED VEGAN!

GBAmazing Program for Vegans My Jacked Vegans journey has been amazing. I’ve been vegan for 7 years and my weight has fluctuated due to life events, too much restriction or too much indulgence. It was so hard for me to be consistent with non-vegan coaches. With Jacked Vegans, I’ve been able to lose fat while gaining muscle and follow the amazing meal plan/macro plan I was given. The group calls are great for a mindset boost and community building and your coach is always there for you if you need anything additional. If you’re looking for an all around mindset, nutrition and fitness program tailored to vegans, this one is for you!

GBI’ve learned a lot about myself from… I’ve learned a lot about myself from the very first day when Julian was willing to work with the 1/2 % that I was able to give at the time. I was very depressed, out of shape and didn’t want to even try the program. But because he and Gillian worked with what I had, and because I grumped and cursed and bitterly went through my first workout, then second, then third-it became more about how I have changed mentally even more than physically. It’s meditation and commitment on my part, but positive reinforcement and patience on theirs which I have grown to love most.
