BRThe right CBD for me is doing a great job in my health The first time I used CBD oil the benefits were not exactly what I supposed to. Now, with a doctor’s guidance, I could finally find the right product for me on the Colorado website. The deliver was fast and well packed. And since I started the use of Colorado Botanicals’ CBD Full Spectrum the level of pain had significantly been reduced and can even sleep better. I have arthritis and EDS.
Disappointed
GBOrdered 2 weeks ago, still not shipped Update 8/30/23 Rec’d an email on 8/25/23 explaining the delay and apologizing for the lack of communication. Gummies were still not available but was offered comparable oil instead. I rec’d the oil today and have updated my rating . Ordered on 8/8/23, got an email on 8/15/23 saying my order was ready to be shipped and included a tracking number. It’s now 8/22/23, according to the tracking the package has never been shipped. The number was created but it has not been received by the post office. Sent 2 emails, no reply. Very disappointed.

GBI'm creating a second review I'm creating a second review, because in my first review I mentioned a delay in delivery and some miscommunication about if or when the order would be delivered. I was pretty sure I wouldn't continue with Colorado Botanicals, but the Gummies I ordered worked so well (within 3 days my depression was gone, and chronic pain was minimal) that I decided to place a second order, which I received within a week. So, I'm upgrading my 4 star rating to 5 stars. I've already recommended this to two friends who have also placed orders and I can't wait to see if they have the same success I've had. Definitely worth a try. BTW, CB gave me a credit for the delayed first order, which I greatly appreciate.

GBPoor Business Practice I am so displeased with this company. They are not responding to my emails about my missing product that I ordered and they say they shipped out over a week ago, but still haven't received. And I have contacted them about a refund on one item, with absolutely no response. I am never ordering from this company again! I suggest spending your money somewhere else.
