From day one, about 5 minutes in I was asked if I needed any help, sure enough I did. Instantly I was given info packs, links and even was contacted quickly by phone which eventually generated my first order with this company. Speedy order filling system, very good high end product with decent prices. I last ordered Grape Ape, a D-8 infused flower. I was given a free oz of Grapefruit simply for ordering as advertised. Terrible experience almost every time Ordered astroids they sent me a letter saying sorry we are out of stock. Send me gummies and some flower I didn't order. Not happy at all with this company. Won't let get another dime out of me

Great experience and very good flower I ordered 4 strains; Chemdawg, Pineapple Express, Granddaddy Purple and Bubba Kush. We're blown away by all of them! I'm constantly looking for classic, well known popular strains. To have Chemdawg in a CBD strain is monumental for me. The payment method at checkout was down so I called Noctua and spoke to one of the managers (manager?). Couldn't have been nicer and explained what was happening. Just an awesome experience and I highly recommend this! On a final note. There are only a few stores I purchase Cbd Flower. I look for fresh, perfectly cured high end flower that doesn't break the bank. All of those prerequisites are checked here.
