GBThey have no way to flag fake reviews They have no way to flag fake reviews. There is one particular contractor that obviously has fake reviews up on Buildzoom, but they have done nothing to remove them or to review them even after repeated emails. DON'T TRUST THE REVIEWS, THEY COULD BE FAKE.

GBWorth it! These guys found 5 contractors to bid my project and most of them were more cost effective than the 2 quotes I already had. Even with their fee, I saved money. I also got a high-quality forever addition with a contractor that I love. This was such a great service.

GBWrong person! Ryone Building and Maintenance LLC was owned by me..Allen Eugene Ryone from 1970-20006 based at 169 Fiddlers Lane in Brewster Mass. Was given to my son Allen James Ryone in 2006 and he lives at 123 Donahue Road in Brewster Mass. Negative comments should be directed to him as owner after 2006. Phone number 508-896-5586 is for me and my company which was formed in 2008ish…Ryone Renovations LLC. Would appreciate positive or negative comments to be directed to proper company. No building business at 169 Fiddlers Lane since app. 2010. Thank you Allen E Ryone

GBVery disappointed, Not worth it. We were REALLY disappointed in Build zoom! We wanted to be able to build a home, but had no knowledge of the process, the pitfalls, and who were reliable, vetted, architects, or contractors. We were also very busy and did not have a lot of time to do all the legwork ourselves. We told them of our situation and that we were novices at this process. For $10,000 (installments) ( you can cancel the contract but you don't get all your money back, as you pay them in "stages" ). They assured us they would guide us through the WHOLE process. They would, at the very least, save us the amount of money paid to them, then if we had done all the work ourselves. First, before you build anything, you need an architect. They gave us some names of architects and we talked to them. One had Never designed or had their home design built in the area where we are from. We found "on our own", Different architects have different meanings to what is included in square footage and how their charges are applied. Also, that HVAC systems must be designed into the drawings, and some have an HVAC expert do that. Another is that structural engineers MUST approve the drawings, (possible extra charge) and a ground sample MUST be done where you want your house built, (extra charge). This was Never explained to us. In Build Zoom everything is done by Zoom visits, you don't talk to anyone in person. Also, trying to get in touch with them when you have questions, is a pain sometimes. They are not always available when you need them. They will get back to you, if you leave a message, but it could be hours later. We did meet with a contractor that they provided, but he needed a drawing to give us a true estimate of the cost to build. We decided to cancel the contract. We were only in the stages of getting an architect, but we were not pleased with their service and did not feel, after providing them with half their fee, that they fulfilled their obligations they promised us. We had to spend time, on our own, finding things out when they should have provided that information.

GBI built a sort of wrap around deck in… I built a sort of wrap around deck in the yard of my new construction/HOA home. Their rep Sal understood and delivered in terms of having built exactly what I wanted, identical in terms of material, to my neighbor's builder decks around me. Sal's apparent expertise w HOAs, allowed my application to be approved first try. The crew was terrific. Hard working, polite and extremely skilled. And based on other estimates, the price was certainly fair. I couldn't ask for anything more. Deck is perfect 👍
