They are in contact daily with contractors for questions and or problems, pickup supplies, pay subcontractors daily because they are a small outfit and need to be paid daily or weekly, and the list goes on.... Fleming is currently wrapping up a small 1 bed/1bath carriage house in Chesco for me. They provided a very clear scope of work with line items prior to making a commitment. They have communicated the good the bad and the ugly throughout the process. They are on schedule and on budget. I would highly recommend them for your next project!
