Nyall is a pleasure to deal with, he is passionate and he will do everything to help you find the property of your dream. He carefully listened to our needs and found the perfect property for us in no time. He helped us along the whole process, he was always very attentive and proactive. His kind nature helped us and the vendor to agree about any detail and to speed up the process. Buying a property is normally quite a rocky journey, but with Nyall it felt extremely easy. Excellent Lettings Team I have done a lot of work for Prickett & Ellis, I highly recommend them, the lettings team at Park Road have been fantastic. They are a pleasure to deal with, no hassle with payments, we have a very good working relationship.

Absolutely shocking service Absolutely shocking service, feel furious I had to pay them anything at all. No communication- constantly didn’t reply to calls and emails, sold the house and never even spoke to the agent- shocking! He avoided us in the street as he knew we’d ask him to answer the emails, and once even told me he had couldn’t answer my emails as was so so busy and had to dash off to an appointment so couldn’t talk and then went straight in to the local Irish pub to watch the euros!! Some of the team were helpful and friendly but the agent who sold our property unfortunately was really disinterested. Didn’t even communicate the day we exchanged or completed- all contact we had was through the solicitors. Such a shame
