I am very pleased with my new windows I am very pleased with my new windows. I purchased half the house three years ago and the other half 1 year ago. My home is more beautiful, the temperatures inside are much more consistent, my utility bills dropped, and the installation was clean and professional. I have no complaints or advice for improvement.

Dissappointed First order got forgotten at the factory and we had to chase. Installation was good and happy with windows. Second order again took longer than promised to be completed. Installation was good, however, it was noticed that the grills did not match the originals on three of the windows. Replacement windows were ordered and when they arrived only two turned up and they were still wrong. Seems to be no controls on ether production in the factory and on quality inspection prior to delivery making the process unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.

A Wonderful Experience and Investment Their sales demonstration was excellent and convincing. Financing was presented in a way that made payments manageable. When the work began they were careful, cleaned up constantly, were friendly and professional. Our window look great and have cut back on heating and cooling costs.
