I think everything was excellent . The print on the supplement notes was extremely small to read I think everything was excellent and thoughtful. Tho only reason I am giving a 4 star rating is the printed instructions for taking the supplements is inj extremely small print and very difficult to read upon the first time of taking the supplements. My son was having difficulty sleeping at nights due to a mental health issue, and after taking the product for 2 weeks, he’s finally sleeping at nights, and getting more clarity.
