Love the Boost, Barley and probiotics I started with Boost, Gladiator Barley and Probiotics. I love the taste. I am not feeling the energy that I need yet, but most likely because I am not getting enough sleep. But I know it's doing something because of all the wonderful vitamins and minerals. Excellent products Sleep product really works for a good night sleep (& a calm, peaceful deep, restful sleep). Boomers shake tastes good (which surprised me) & you feel good after drinking it & more energetic. I added Vitimen D & other nutrients to shake as recommended (that came in combo package).
