GBAwesome service I was in a similar position as other reviewers in that I have a Centralite system with no help from the Manufacturer that is out of business and no local electricians would touch it. My issue was fairly simple…the contacts in one of my keypads had broken/worn out and I merely needed to replace it. Steven and Ashley provided excellent service with prompt responses and were knowledgeable about the system. I am in the northwest, so I was hoping I could just order the part and install it myself. Both Steven and Ashley were patient with all my questions and with Steven’s guidance with connecting the wires to the right posts, I was back in business. I will like order more keypads in case I have more break. I highly recommend these folks. John
