CZFantastic 5 day sprint I took a free 5 day sprint for a sexy bottom. I enjoyed the exercises. My muscles hurt, it is a sign of a good workout. But it is a little pain, enough to motivate me to move forward, not too strong to make me quit until I heal. All exercises were a bit more challenging every day, still doable. I am a busy mom. Still, I had time every day for 15 min. I decided to register to the paid program because I I am confident that the results will be visible soon.
