Beware of this company Beware of this company. Initially during the bidding process you will think they know what they are doing. After the quote, you will really see how pathetic this company really is. After 3 no shows to start the work, with excuses ranging from "my car broke down" to you name it, it's apparent you are dealing with a bunch of savages. Nobody will accept responsibility and you will be continously transfered from "moron" to "moron".

Great experience with Ergeon I have had a great experience working with Andy Perez from Ergeon to review the work required for and to obtain a quote for a thirty-foot section of fence that fell down in a recent storm. The process was extremely smooth and fast. The initial contact was less than 10 minutes on a Saturday morning to schedule an online video review. Within an hour, the initial video call took place to inspect the fence, obtain the measurements, identification of any issues, and answer pertinent questions. He reached out to me within a couple of hours with a quote and shared an online link which had all the details for several options for the repair and fence type. Ergeon maximizes its use of technology and customer service for fast and reliable service. The whole process was amazing given that most of their competitors could not even schedule a meeting to get a quote for at least a month out. I had to delay the job completion because of vacation and weather but the assigned PM, Omar Herrera, was able to work around it and his crew did a great job at removing the old fence boards and installing the new fence section in less than a few hours.

Fence Rebuild after the Napa Valley Super Storm of 2024 Our Southern fence blew down in the February Super Storm here in Napa Valley 2024. I really liked the online fence building tool. It allowed me to play with different fence options and enabled me to visualize what my finished product would look like. The local installer was very courteous and helpful. They informed me of bushes that needed to be trimmed weeks before install. They arranged our site visit with PG&E a marking the gas line. There was one issue. On the second day of installation our gas line was hit by the builder. They immediately called the fire and PG&E and evacuated my Wife, Son and Dog. No one was hurt and the problem was solved completely in a couple of hours. My project manager assured be that I would not be liable for any extra cost of the response team. While upset and embraced by the very active response, I quickly calmed down and the team finished the project the next day. Over 144 ft. of new fence and I am very happy with the end product. I will use them again for replacing the rest of my fence in a couple of years.
