GBAll around excellent First of all, the turn around time was excellent. We receieved our estimate back in less than 24 hours. We found the estimates to be accurate, and the description and breakdown of the repair costs we also accurate. There were a couple repairs that will likely be more than the estimate, but only due to a larger work area than estimated. It was extremely easy to use, just click a button and wait. Excellent service as well. We received the PunchList along with our home inspection with Pillar to Post. Overall a great experience!

DEScam artists Our realtor recommended bosscat and I regret getting involved with them. Ronnie gave us an estimate and we were told the work would be done 3-4 days after we signed the service agreement and paid our deposit. 3 work days layer, we heard from our realtor that the work was scheduled for Tuesday so we contacted Bosscat and they confirmed. Then, it was pushed to Wed and then we were told they'd call us on Thursday to let us know when they were coming. On Thursday, Ronnie said he was going to stop by on Friday to talk. Apparently, his estimate meant nothing. I always assume you would talk to your professionals prior to giving your customers a quote but this is not Bosscat's way of doing business. They have you sign a service agreement, take your deposit and then double the price. The worst part is that my husband has cancer and we're on a timeline to re-establish his care in the one week break between his chemo, which we told Ronnie. Ronnie clearly doesn't care. His apology doesn't make up for poor customer service. He's all about making money.
