They went above and beyond to help us, walk us through what they saw and did some rodent extraction. They were polite, professional, quick and thorough. We had one of them back out the next day to complete a dryer vent cleaning, and he was great the second time as well. We were very satisfied with our service. Highly recommend.

Technician Sam, thorough appraisal Technician Sam showed in the window (and good communication on when in the window he would arrive). Did a thorough inspection under and around our house. He asked a lot of questions which was a welcome change from others who just come in a give a quick look and give you a big estimate. When I asked about a veteran discount, he was quick to let me know that they do offer that and changed the estimate to reflect that.
