Product hasn't shipped - no communication I'm in the same boat with the rest of the 1-star reviewers - ordered the product in April, hasn't shipped 6 weeks later. No communication from Bear Balanced. I've reached out three times via email with no response. Frustrating - as customer service should be the easy part of any business. Order #2020670

Lack of Response for Order Placed on 6/25/23 I placed my order approx. 3 wks ago and have left them several emails and have yet to receive a response. I also called their given contact # 657-229-1405 and received an automated message that says the # you've called is for a google subscriber. That's pretty suspicious. Even if their product is good, the lack of follow-up and response to orders is unacceptable and I'm sure there's lot's of companies out there that have just as good, if not better product. My mistake for not seeing their poor reviews before placing my order.

The only positive reviews on here are clearly them posting these as every site from BBB to this one and google all have overwhelmingly horrible reviews. Getting my money back from bank. This is a fraud don’t buy from them.

I have never seen a group of more… I have never seen a group of more impatient customers anywhere ever. I have nothing but good things to say… These gummies have an actual reliable source of creatine being used and I’m diabetic but can get away with eating them thanks to their ingredients.
