Like many other reviews here, I ordered and paid and got a few emails about delays and then nothing…. Multiple emails and nothing…. Finally was in contact with a sales person by text named “Jessica” who initially promised to try and help but all she did was defer me to emailing contact@bearbalanced and sales@bearbalanced and completely useless otherwise. Do Not Purchase. (Update) Similar to other reviewers. I made a purchase on 1/23/23. Have made multiple attempts to contact in regards to my order with no reply. Now trying to cancel it without a response as well. **Update** I did receive the product May 8th. It tastes much better then most creatine products and have enjoyed the results. Improvement on the customer service side would be my biggest suggestion, but the product itself is good.

I've been using these on and off for… I've been using these on and off for about a year. Shipping can sometimes be very delayed (like a month+ past expected shipping date) but I've never NOT gotten an order the half dozen or so times I've ordered. I'm just using them to supplement a vegetarian diet. Seems to supply the same benefits as the chews and powder but I get less stomach upset/gas/bowel problems with the gummies. The newest batch I received taste worse than older iterations but that's about it.

The only positive reviews on here are clearly them posting these as every site from BBB to this one and google all have overwhelmingly horrible reviews. Getting my money back from bank. This is a fraud don’t buy from them.
