No one answers any emails No one answers any emails. I tried to cancel my order and no one responded. They sent it anyway. They claim there’s a 60 day return policy but once again no responds to the return request. There is no phone number to call either. It’s all email that they don’t answer. I am extremely frustrated with this company.

Great product, great service. An order I placed online was not discounted as promised at checkout. After contacting Vital Nutritve, I was reimbursed for the discount. I am using their Vital Hair Complex, and am definitely seeing results in my hair growth, including eyebrows!

Zero stars if possible Zero stars if possible. I ordered 3 bottles on January 15, 2924. My credit card was charged but have not received my order. My account shows paid but unfulfilled. I’ve contacted them three times via email with no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DONT MIND GIVING MONEY AWAY FOR NOTHING.

dmbonarrigo The vitamins are great but the customer service is not. I reordered 3 bottles of vitamins Jan 3rd and they still have not been shipped. The money already left my account on Jan 4th. I have emailed and messaged them through the website at least 4 times, but they still haven’t answered me. Their chat answer says “Back Wednesday”… on Wednesday it says “ Back Thursday”… They have my money but won’t answer me. Next step is the BBB.

Buyer Beware!! Ordered 6 month subscription January 28, 2024. As of today order still not "fulfilled" and I just keep getting thanks for sending your email we will respond in 24 hours and their chat box leaves little to be desired as they are away until the next day. I cancelled my subscription through my account on their website, however, I am trying to get the full $119 refund of the product I never received. I have bombarded their chat box and also contacted them on their website and my gmail as well. Not holding my breath that they will get back to me or refund my money. Again, buyer beware!!
