Management and customer service was… Management and customer service was very responsive. However there were issues with billing that took a while to get fixed. There was issues with the crew that came out to perform the work, not that they did a bad job but they put a vent in different area from where they were supposed to be and even when I went up there and showed them where it was supposed to go they still putt it in the wrong place. This is an issue when you hire people that don't speak English very well. Now that place they originally put the vent appears to be leaking.

Got the job done well, great price North Florida made a good impression and their bid was more than competitive. They started on time and completed our entire roof in one day. They also cleaned up very well. I'd recommend them.

Excellent job! Roof looks amazing The girls in the office were incredibly pleasant. I had a lot of questions about the financing and they were very helpful and made it a lot easier of a process. It took about a week to schedule and the roofers were here and gone in two days. Everyone was very professional and friendly. There was some extra shingles left on the side of the house when I called they sent someone over that day to clean up the mess.

The first company i called from a google search lead me to the best company When i first call Mark, i realized that i was dealing with a professional. I was compelled to have him come give me a bid because of the customer service i received right off the bat with him. He was to the point. He wasn't the lowest bid, but all things considered i got a great deal and one heck of a roof. I also went with the lifetime warranty that they offered from owens corning.

No complaints The install crews arrived at my home a little later in the morning than I had expected, however, they went straight to work, worked through lunch and continued to just before dusk. The crew was professional and was careful to avoid damaging my plants around my home and took care to place tarps to catch most of the shingles, nails and scraps from the project. The office handled all my insurance paperwork and all i had to do was drop of the check after it was mailed.
