Seller’s house needed a concrete contractor. As a professional Realtor, I often need specialty contractors. In this case, my clients house needed to have a lower level bedroom floor removed and replaced with new concrete. I contacted several contractors for bids and chose Mike Hage Distinctive Concrete. His bid was in the middle but I knew that the reputation of this company was top notch. They were able to start earlier than first thought, finished sooner than forecast on budget. The work was first class, cleaned up and ready to go. I will continue to refer homeowners to Mike Hage. I do with the confidence that the work will be done right.

Content with Project. Communication lacking. We are content with the patio we received from Mike Hage Distinctive Concrete and believe it will add value to our home and help create the outdoor hangout space we were looking for. However, I felt during the entire process from contract signing to finished product, communication with the company was lacking. I had to reach out multiple times to get updates on where our project was on the waitlist. Once our project was in the works, I had to ask on various occasions for updates on when workers would be at our home and what we should expect. When I expressed concerns about a coloring detail, my concerns were dismissed leaving me worried our patio would not be something we would be proud to own. In the end, communication DID improve and we are ok with how our patio looks, including the coloring I had been concerned about.

I’m just so thrilled with the new floor! Mike has done several jobs for us over the past years including a new driveway, sidewalks and a stamped patio but as happy as I was with them it doesn’t compare to how thrilled I am about him jacking up our garage sized shed, completely removing the old cracked slab, adding a foundation and a brand new floor. I couldn’t have imagined how well it turned out. Great job Mike and crew!
