I haven't received shipping… I haven't received shipping notification yet so I can't really rate the product. It's strange to get an email request to review the product when it hasn't arrived and don't know if it's been shipped. It's been about 7 days since ordered.

Experience confusing and misleading for 20% off offer When Biochem website first loaded I was offered 20% off for my email. I typed in my email. Next screen was confusing. Offered 20% off plus exclusive text offers. I declined. But assumed first offer for 20% off for providing email was good. Got to checkout screen. No 20% off. Started over, gave my phone this time. Got 20% off at check. Experience was confusing and I felt misled. Doubt I will shop there again

Very Misleading … Yeah,way of saying I get 25% off for taking your survey and then only get 15% because of your 10% sale deduction being included with it! On top of that, Country Life must have charged an extra fee on my credit card!You can be sure I won’t be doing this again.

So when you are out of a product just… So when you are out of a product just put Sold Out under that product instead of allowing it to go to the shopping cart then when you go to view shopping cart it is empty.

Best, cleanest tasting protein powder I got the shipment quickly and was kept updated. But I was sent chocolate instead of natural flavor powder that I ordered, which I will use anyway
