GBThe staff from Door Resources showed up… The staff from Door Resources showed up at the agreed upon time and completed the job quickly at a fair price. I highly recommend this company. Prior to contacting Door Resources, I met with a competing company and was told my roll up door would need to be replaced at a cost of about $4300. Even worse, the person from the competing company indicated it would take 4-6 weeks to get a new door.

GBExperience was delightful! My Locksmith, Chris was very knowledgeable and as experienced as anyone could be. He had a very positive outlook and truly seemed to enjoy his job and all phases of his production. He was very neat in his cleanup. The overall communication via the Office manager was excellent from the beginning. He had answers to all of my questions and stayed on top of my quote and order. There were only two things I see that could have been improved upon. I did not know it would be a two step process in a door implementation. That means another day and another service contractor involved. Also, I was bumped one day in the beginning of my original service day and I had cancelled 3 things for that appointment. Other than those things, so far I am pleased. Hopefully the last appointment will go smoothly.
