Worth it! We met Mark from MAH Inspections Ltd on the day when we moved in, he was snagging the neighbours house. I'm glad we did. Mark slotted us in and spent the day going through the house to find snags, for me the main one was the mold in the kitchen under the base units. Of course there were others, but glad we caught this early before it got worse. The developers have sorted this. The level of detail and explanation was well worth it.
