GBEasy Installation Green Home Systems installation went off without a hitch. The installer did have a slight problem with my metal roof (he wasn't planning for that), but he made it work and now I'm up and running. I have a positive $50.00 balance on my electric bill and I expect it to grow. If you have the location, I'd encourage going solar!

GBVery satisfied customer After researching different solar companies I choose Green Home and have been pleased ever since. Stanislav was very patient and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and walk me through the entire process. I was please to know that Green Home handled the entire process in house with no outside people. Green Home contacted me when my original converter quit working and replaced it. They then noticed that my converter was offline earlier this year and help me get it back online so I could continue to save money. I'm a very pleased customer since 2019.

GBLack of communication Ordered an expensive upgraded part to our solar system since their monitoring became obsolete less than 2 years after purchasing a 50k solar system. Another $1200 to allow us see how our system is performing. Purchased in January to receive in the mail in 10 days. Questioned the company a month later and received no response. Reached out 2 weeks later threatening to reverse charges before I received a response that the product was back ordered. Almost 3 months later and product or services have not been rendered. Would not recommend.

GBGreen Home Systems is horrible Green Home Systems is horrible. They tell you what you want to hear but don't deliver. This company has owed me money for 7 months. They have also failed to make system fully functional since it was activated in September of 2023. It produces electric but the only way to monitor it is to go outside and read meter. Seems the monitoring part of system was hooked up incorrectly. For the last 7 months they have promised to give me the information to sign up for what is called SREC so I can sell the electric produced. But they have failed to do so. Did receive an email from their legal department asking for time to discuss problem but after I stated I wanted all correspondence by email so there would be proof of what was said they ceased talking to me. Couple this with promises made concerning tax rebates to help me pay for system that I apparently am not eligible for because I am retired and I have to once again conclude that Green Home Systems is nothing but a joke.
