Thumbtack increased my business Overall Thumbtack has helped increase my business tremendously. By advertising in Nextdoor my business is put in front customers I may not reach. The lead fee is fair. The only issue to watch out for is their travel area. Sometimes they charge for leads outside of your travel area with no refund. A little frustrating especially when you are a small business. But overall I love the Thumbtack platform

I used Thumbtack years ago when we.lived in Hawaii and they were pretty good. Now, high prices and no return calls. I paid several hundred dollars for zero responses. Off to the BBB, maybe they can help.
