GBCrew was fast and efficient Crew was fast, efficient. The gutters and guards look great from the ground. Pictures after the project were NOT helpful in judging the quality of the work. Still, I'm satisfied with the sales and install effort. Now I want to see how the gutters and guards actually perform in a heavy rain and when our giant trees - two Oak trees, one Locust tree - start to drop their debris.

GBThe whole process from meeting with the… The whole process from meeting with the salesperson to installation was just great! The salesperson treated us with respect and we even laughed along the way. The installation went very smoothly and we have NO complaints! The only thing that I suggest is this: we had our time slot set 1:00 pm and the workers were here at 8:00 am. Please call the customer the day before if there is a time change in the installation. Other than that, we are a very pleased customer!!

GBGreat experience dealing with GGA I had timely contacts from GGA to keep me informed on my upcoming gutter replacement. From the time I contacted GGA, when Chris Milne (04/03/2024) came to the house. The professional service Chris provided clearly explaining the steps and then when the installers came. The 2 installers did a great job and took time to make sure the area was left clean and free of any screws and other material. I was impressed with the complete process!!

GBNot Represented truthfully and was late getting to the work Was told that the facia and soffit would be primer but not painted but when the workers installed it , the wood was just raw wood. Main purpose of facia and soffit is weather protection what good does raw plywood in the weather within a few week it will warp and rot. Workers finally got approval to paint it. Shame it was such a problem . Was not represented truthfully by this company . Will not recommend them or use them again
