Great workouts, awesome nutrition program The workouts are easy to follow, short yet very effective. I lost 10 lbs just doing the 90 day workouts not even focused on nutrition. Now we are doing the coach program for 90 days, workouts and carb cycling. Recipes are easy, quick and delicious! Coach is very informative and awesome! We have done a lot of different programs from BB to crossfit and this is the most comprehensive, simple, highly effective program we have done. Can't wait to see where we are In 90 days! Highly recommend this program.

I’ve lost around 40# but program is disappointing! I’ve lost around 40# with burn evolved stack now I just need motivation to build muscle. However I don’t feel as important since I’m not built like a body builder like a lot of your clients. It’s very frustrating to feel there is no support from Sculptnation and Vince in his special Saturday web programs all he wants to do is sell! He could care less about good, usable information to help you along the way!

I should have done this a long time ago! I have been so incredibly happy with my experience thus far! Sean, my coach has been very helpful and encouraging, the plans are easy to stick with, as they produce RESULTS! I have tried many other programs promising results, but little to no support system. I was skeptical, but so far, this plan has been worth everything I've put into it, not just money, but the work, do the work, see the results, believe in the program that's designed for you!

Great service and products Great service. Products come to your door in a timely fashion. Products do exactly what they say they will do. My trainer and my diabetic doctor both can see a difference. I am beginning to have some muscle definition on my boney frame. A1c is doing great. Products do not raise my numbers. Overall price is comparable to other products on the market but I see results from Vshred products. I feel healthier and have energy. Love it so far.
