One hit wonder. One star because the products are decent. Customer service is absolutely terrible. If you need a refund, no response. If you send an email asking why your package was empty, no response. They have no customer service skills. Make sure you 100% want what you order because there is no going back and no people to actually speak with. Maybe they need to hire more staff?

Awful customer service Awful customer service. Over Christmas a friend and I both received order confirmations for orders we hadn't made. It seems Arrae must auto-select a subscription which neither of us had knowingly accepted. As soon as I noticed I got in touch and flagged the mistake and asked for it to be cancelled, my friend did the same thing 2 days later. Her order and subscription was cancelled but for some reason, they're refusing to cancel or refund me. Despite the fact it's obviously a mis-leading subscription in the first place and they agreed to refund someone who was in touch after me. Will never order from them again and will stop recommending them now unfortunately.

The product DOES NOT WORK The product DOES NOT WORK; and the customer service is horrendous. I gave the supplement three months to kick in and nothing. I cancelled my subscription, and then received an additional order post cancellation. I requested that the company take back the sealed order delivered post cancellation, and only refund me that single order and they were incredibly rude and refused. I wish I wouldn't have given them a try at all, or at least not as long as I did. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Brilliant company Brilliant company, even though the item I bought did not suit me they honoured the refund quick and without fuss didn’t Are me send anything back, A lot of companies promise but don’t deliver so thanks 😊

Read Trustpilot before I ordered the… Read Trustpilot before I ordered the Heartburn product and was nearly dissuaded. I ordered and said to myself I would come back here and leave my review. I was on Omeprazol and was worried about the long-term effects so wanted to try something new, ideally more natural. Heartburn was giving me terrible chest pain that wasn’t always fixed by the dr prescribed meds. Within a week of taking Heartburn I was feeling way better. I now don’t take daily, but I will take before foods like Indian, lots of coffee or alcohol. I also take if I feel a little pain or discomfort. Honestly I am so happy with this product.
