Amazing customer service! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen - I emailed about issues with their website, and they fixed the problem as well as sent a very courteous response. When some site issues were not resolved, they gave me a discount for the products. It did take an entire month to receive my products, I never got a shipment notification, and one product seems to be missing. However, my emails about the issue were answered in a very timely manner, and I received several refunds to compensate for the hassle. Product quality is excellent - will definitely buy from them again!

Questionable psyllium husk powder - Avoid I purchased 10 kgs of psyllium husk powder and it did contain ground psyllium husks although was a much darker tan color than “normal” powder and has a terrible taste. I have been consuming psyllium powder for over 7 years. When I inquired, they provided two very different COA’s for their powder so I really cannot figure out why the taste is so terrible. I will resume buying “NOW” psyllium husk powder in bulk in the future instead. I have tried several brands of psyllium husk powder but BoxNutra’s is just different from all the others and probably should be avoided. I think their guaranteed no questions asked refund may be bogus too.

I used them to purchase maltodextrin… I used them to purchase maltodextrin and it was a disaster from start to finish! Their customer service is horrible, their shipping time is horrible, the product was horrible and they lie about everything. Never again will I order anything else from them I will take my $10,000 else where and if you are smart so will you! They will promise you the moon and give you nothing in the end...
