I have noticed a huge difference in my… I have noticed a huge difference in my gut health since starting this. Enough that I don’t think I noticed I was having issues until I started taking this and suddenly noticed I no longer have weird cramps from gas from unknown causes and my bathroom is more regular. Just things I didn’t notice or pay attention to being a problem.

I have taken various probiotics and… I have taken various probiotics and prebiotics for the past few years and Bioma has been the best so far. It has drastically improved my bloating and gastric upset when I didn’t notice any improvement with the other products I have taken. I have not noticed a big change in my weight but I also have just entered my 3rd month so 🤞

Happy Gut, Happy Life 😊 I have had gut issues since having surgery for a perforated bowel 7 years ago. At that time, I had about 2/3 of my large intestine removed. Since beginning taking Bioma, my gut issues have mostly resolved and I have been able to cut back on the high carb diet I was forced to consume. I am so happy to be eating more healthy and started losing some of the weight I gained from the high carb intake. Bioma has been a huge benefit to regaining my life!
