GBImpeccable customer service! Outstanding customer service. I made an appointment, and they immediately took my vehicle in for servicing. The shop and waiting area were pristine. I purchased a used car and the windows were heavily tinted and it truly became a safety issue especially when driving in the dark. That is no longer a concern! These days it is a challenge to get 10 star exemplary customer service. I am over the top grateful for Johnathan and his staff. No hesitation in recommending them!!

GBPlease BEWARE Please BEWARE! Very unprofessional, botched up car detailing job. I paid over $200 for a $50 detail job. I was so disappointed. So much was promised; however, not done: did not clean the trunk, application of cheap wax, half cleaned and conditioned the exterior and leather; did not buff and paste wax as promised, the same dead bugs residue was not removed, and put liquid wax over top of bug residue. Noticed Nick (the customer service agent), often uttered wrong details about the sale. There excuse was, it was a Groupon($89). Also, I paid an additional $113 in upgrades. Please take your business elsewhere.

GBMy recent experience with Tint World My recent experience with Tint World, Salem NH in arranging to tint my vehicle windows and apply a full wrap was extremely disappointing. Initially, I was provided incorrect information regarding the suitable tint for my car's glass, which was not compatible with the glass in my vehicle. I'd absolutely love to see a photo of the car the claim to have done. Given that the wrap for my Tesla cost $4,200 and necessitated a special film compatible with Tesla's paint, I had specific inquiries before entrusting my brand-new Polestar 2 LR High Performance European Edition, a vehicle valued at over $150,000, to their care. Naturally, I sought reassurance and clarity. Upon calling today to confirm my appointment and clarify some conflicting information about the appropriate wrap film for my car, the owner dismissively responded, "it's just a car, we don't have time for your questions." Furthermore, he falsely claimed to have worked on my exact model several times before, which I know to be untrue since mine is the only one in this area. Additionally, the recommended wrap would have caused irreparable damage to the specialized paint of my Polestar, akin to that of a Tesla. In conclusion, I have rescheduled with a different company and strongly advise against engaging with Tint World based on my unsatisfactory experience.

CADefective Tinting I got my car A4 Audi ceramic tinted on 07 July 2023. The rear window shield even today reflects light from vehicles running behind me. I had taken the car to their location for checking, they said there is nothing wrong with tinting, it's something to do with my rear window itself. Such a ridiculous answer. I can only say it's a rip off and they can't take responsibility of the quality of their work.

GBFinally got stereo properly installed at Best Buy The folks at Tint World were nice and generally well-meaning, but my installation of a new Pioneer head unit was a comedy of errors. After bringing it back several times, I finally took it to Best Buy where they discovered that it was wired incorrectly. It has since worked fine. I would not recommend Tint World for stereo installs.
