If I could give a 0 rating I would If I could give a ) rating I would. The customer service is horrible. I have contacted this company for return and refund and they keep giving me the run around. They want me to talk to their engineer to completely assemble this product. None of it is assembled when delivered. There are no instructions except for on line and the video of that is inept. They also said to contact then via Whats App and I told them no I want a real phone number and I wanted a refund and direction to send this piece of junk back. They have stopped emailing me back. I am not sure what to do now. Don't buy from this company they are horrible.

universalengraver.com... My first reason for giving them 10/10 is for their quick shipment and great customer support service. Secondly the product quality is great. Although the laser engraver I bought the assembly on it was a bit difficult but some videos and manuals helped put me through.
