Wonder why West Shore Homes hasn't or won't respond to negative reviews? OUT RIGHT FRAUD !!!!! Wondering why the bills were addressed to me? and copies of the loan were promised. None received. I called West Shore Homes to straighten out the problem. No return phone calls from the underwriting department. So, I did some DIGGING!!!! The sales rep, David Rathburn, put the bath remodel in my name without my knowledge. In addition, doubled my income on the application to match the loan parameters. I have written to the AG's office in Florida and notified MANY news outlets. Thought you could get away with it. LOSER!!!!!!!

They try to lock you in a contract so that you can’t price shop and when you cancel they attempt to strong arm money out of you even if they have not done any work or scheduled your install. Subject: Complaint Regarding Credit Reporting and Payment Issues Dear West Shore Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your company. Unfortunately, I find it necessary to file a formal complaint due to the lack of truthfulness in credit reporting and payment practices. Background: I placed an order with West Shore on 20-MAR-2024. After reconsidering my decision, I attempted to cancel the order the following week. Issues: Credit Reporting: Despite my cancellation request, I noticed that West Shore inaccurately reported my credit status. This has negatively impacted my credit score, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Payment Strong-Arming: Shockingly, I received communication from your legal department threatening to extract $5,000 from me. This strong-arm tactic is both unethical and unacceptable. Expectations: I demand immediate resolution in the following ways: Correct the credit reporting error promptly. Cease any attempts to coerce payment through intimidation. Action Required: Please provide a written confirmation of the corrective actions taken within five business days. Failure to do so will compel me to escalate this matter further.
