Lara was so understanding Was very distraught over the sudden death of my husband. Lara was so understanding and compassionate, she helped me through everything I needed to do and called just to check up on me. She helped me through a very stressful time I had to deal with. The customer service was outstanding We had been trying to work with the company the cemetery recommended, but we were rather disgusted with the hard sell, lack of customer service, and high prices. We had something specific in mind, and the company told us they couldn't do what we wanted. I started researching online and found Arcadia Monuments. Lara was very sympathetic about our experience with the other company. She explained their process and how she coordinates everything with the cemetery, including shipping and installation. The customer service was outstanding and friendly, and the price was completely reasonable!

They had good attention to detail They walked me through the design process and they had good attention to detail. They had many examples to look at, physical examples in the yard and many design books. I really appreciate the approach this business takes.
