Remediated Attic Everyone we worked with at HomeSmart was very courteous, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The salesperson, the inspector/estimator, and the installers were very patient and thorough. They made sure that we understood the work that was done, showed us close up pictures of what they were doing and why, and patiently answered all our questions. The installers arrived at our house on time and completed the work in the time they estimated it would take. We are glad we chose to have HomeSmart do our work.

MOLD REMOVAL, TRI-GUARD INSULATION and SOLAR VENTILATION Shane and Patrick installed our attic ventilation system and multi-layer insulation. They were very professional and pleasant and enjoyable to work with. On the downside, the company rushes you to make a decision that day and came the very next day. I definitely felt pressured and not ready to make a decision. The price goes up considerably if you don't sign that day. They charge for miscellaneous items that are unnecessary.

The technicians Nick and Jerome, called when they running behind due to traffic (I greatly appreciated it) showed before, during and after pictures. Everything looks great and they works there butts off. 10/10 company!

Rick and Darius upgrade installation Team. The men on the installation team were great! We had four major upgrades to our home done yesterday. The team of Rick and Darius arrived exactly on time at 9AM. They were pleasant, experienced, dedicated and professional. Rick and Darius worked diligently to finish an extensive and labor intensive set of upgrades in a single day. Absolutely superlative performance!

Very Satisfied The presentation by Steve was very informative and the restaurant choice and meal was superb. The house inspection was very informative and the inspector Jory was very helpful in explaining what needed or not needed to be done. The workers, Shane and Cory, were very friendly and professional. We had the attic installation put down, an attic fan installed, and the mold treated. Overall, we are very satisfied with this company.
