Amazing I had my pool deck done by Renukrete 5 years ago and had them come out this year for a "Refresh." Overall, the work has held up very well since the original installation, but was looking a bit dirty. Wilber and another worker spent 1/2 day cleaning the concrete and reapplied the guard coat. It looks brand new again. I couldn't be happier!

FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL... From the very first communication, each person I spoke with was very pleasant. They explained the process thoroughly, answering all my questions. The crew were all so nice and very hardworking. The project area was kept very neat and clean and they asked me for my approval every step of the way. We had a prior quote to replace all the pavers at over $100K...So when I looked for another option I found RenuKrete. I will admit my husband was a skeptic...BUT now is overjoyed at how it turned out. INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend!! I will post photos soon of our new BEAUTIFUL pool area!! Concrete pool deck Looking at the finished product it looks good. I do see some of the grout lines are deeper than others and collect water which I’m not sure could be a problem down the road. The payment process using a credit card on line document was difficult to navigate. There was no collateral damage to surrounding property and the cleanup was good. Contacting the office by phone should be easier than an automated recording then dialing an extension from a cell phone. Texting with my project mgr.,Linda did work well.
