GBYou rely on people having gmail… You rely on people having a gmail account to view the sample intake form and the results. That became a bit of a burden when I couldn't download the sample intake form and I emailed two different e-mail addresses associated with delta leaf on two occasions each and got no response. Had I been told when I initially ordered the tests that I needed a gmail account I would have just used me personal e-mail and not my work e-mail which is outlook. That complicated this entire situation and you guys should really fix that.

GBgreat customer service! I called in today to ask about a few tests i was going to be doing, was given all the info i need and they made sure i understood what to do before they let me go, great customer service!!

GBTerrible company Thought I was going to save some money by going with Delta leaf. Basically I have $200 of test kits that are worthless. It's been over two months and they have not given me my results for the kits that I've sent in.

GBZero Customer Service Response After 4 Follow Ups I ordered 8 kits that were immediately sent out, 4 of which I sent back with samples on 7/1. I have not heard back from Delta Leaf on the status of my order after following up with them via email over 4 times over the past month. I feel like I was scammed into buying a bunch of kits to be sent off and never be tested at all after hearing zero response once they had my money. Very disappointed with my experience so far.
