CAI did not use the product because of an Injury I did not use the product because of personal reasons but their customer service is great. I got my refund the next day after they received the box back, I had not used a single bottle. The return process was simple, I had to pay for shipping but thats understood.

GBNo follow up I was offered a promotion of the product/ stack of supplements I just bought. I clicked yes, then received a text from my bank that my card was temporarily suspended because of the transaction. I confirmed I made the transaction, my card was reinstated. For a day, or two I monitored the transaction, it said partially paid, but showing the entire order. Then I got an updated order confirmation and shipping confirmation. I was disappointed to lose the deal/promotion. There was never a follow up email and or no one reached out to see if I still wanted the promotion. I spend a lot of money with this company and would like a little extra on the customer service side of things.

GBRefused to refund me for undelivered item If I could rate less I would. So unfortunately my order has been stopped at the depot for being a suspicious item. I found this out after the tracker not updating so I called delivery company. I was informed the item will not be delivered and sadly nothing they can do and for me to speak with supplier. I did this and the response was wait until the 19th because nothing can be done unless I refuse the order. How can I refuse a order that's not going to make it to me. Il never use this company again or recommend it to anyone.
