As someone who has experienced sleep issues as I have gotten older, I have found this product has really helped me fall asleep naturally and wake up feeling refreshed. I feel this product slightly helped I feel this product slightly helped my deep sleep duration. I felt sleepy when taking it. I thought it would help me stay in deep sleep longer than it did though. It also was very tart and difficult to drink. The calories included were also difficult for me since I do try to stick to a no eating or drinking 3 hours before bed. I had to make an exception for this trial for my intermittent fasting schedule (no calories right before bed), digestion schedule, etc.

Did not realize this has 70 calories This tastes nice and seems to have great ingredients but it has 70 calories per dosage and unfortunately I did not even get a great night sleep with it. I fast after dinner each night which makes this not something I can do a serious trial.

This product works This product works. I used DELTA BrainLuxury for 3 weeks daily, it helped normalized my sleep pattern and increased my focus the next day. I dont take the product anymore but my good sleep patterns have continued to be consistent. Previous to this product I couldn't sleep due to stress, swing shifts at work, anxiety and bad screen time habits. Using DELTA with change of diet and routine i was able to regain normal sleep.

Better than coffee fr I got the GAMMA trial pack and it's amazing! I really noticed a shift in my energy. I'm usually sensitive to coffee and get really jittery, but this has no caffeine and I didn't get any jitters while getting a boost of focus similar to coffee
