I've suffered from insomnia for a long… I've suffered from insomnia for a long time, and have usually only been able to sleep 5-6 hours for years. Recently, I noticed it was affecting my work and memory in a serious way. I did some research and came upon Delta from Brain Luxury and gave them a try. It was an almost instant noticeable difference. After day 2 I was already sleeping better and actually feeling tired before midnight (something that's rare for me). I will continue to use their products and highly recommend it to anyone else who has trouble with sleep, and has tried other solutions to no avail.

It also was very tart and difficult to drink. The calories included were also difficult for me since I do try to stick to a no eating or drinking 3 hours before bed. I had to make an exception for this trial for my intermittent fasting schedule (no calories right before bed), digestion schedule, etc.

Better than coffee fr I got the GAMMA trial pack and it's amazing! I really noticed a shift in my energy. I'm usually sensitive to coffee and get really jittery, but this has no caffeine and I didn't get any jitters while getting a boost of focus similar to coffee

Stress interfering with sleep- wow this made a HUGE difference I have been having difficulty staying asleep due to stress. I tried the sleep vial and slept through the night and woke up refreshed and not groggy. This is a game changer.

Did not realize this has 70 calories This tastes nice and seems to have great ingredients but it has 70 calories per dosage and unfortunately I did not even get a great night sleep with it. I fast after dinner each night which makes this not something I can do a serious trial.
