THI started taking Persona over 3 years… I started taking Persona over 3 years ago, initially just to help me get a well rounded vitamin program. What happened next was I met with a nutritionist and they customized my selections to meet my needs. I take 5 medications and was concerned about mixing with Vitamins. They gave me great advice and I now take an AM and PM daily pack. I sleep better than i ever have and for a 66 year old man I am in pretty great shape. I wanted to write this review to thank Persona and let others know my experience.

GBLove Persona Nutrition It's easy enough to remember to take my vitamins regularly because of the daily packet design. It's really convenient that your next month supply always ships out automatically, so for the most part, you never run out (unless there's a shortage). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I feel that the website UI is a bit lacking & the app is a little finnicky, even after all these years. I've been using Persona for almost 4 years now, & I love it.
