All positive experiences ! Consultation was easy and fast, customer service is quick to respond via text; which works great for me! Medications do take some time to process, as they are compounded for your order, but is then shipped quickly to your door. I've had nothing but positive interactions with Valhalla.

Convenient! The website is easy to navigate, orders are filled and shipped quickly, and the prices are better than other online sites. I love the convenience of ordering at any time from any place and having it shipped right to my door.

Update to original post: Poor follow up and follow through UPDATE: Customer Service did follow up and expedited my order. I have received the product. My recommendation would be to do your own follow up as the texting service is automated. Poor follow up and follow through. I have been waiting on my prescription for 3 weeks and have not yet received. The pharmacy is now saying they do not have my order even though I have been told that the order was processed. I am VERY frustrated that I cant speak with a live person. There is only an automated text messaging service. I NEED to speak with someone as I have spent over $600.00 with this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my initial experience with this company.

I have had a great experience with VV I have had a great experience with VV. From the consult, to the customer services, ordering, pricing, shipping etc. I am very happy with my choice! My only complaint would be that I did not keep the text with the dosage information on it because I didn't realize I would need it. I received my medication and the medication packaging was wet from the cold packs in the shipping therefore it was hard to read. I was not confident in how I was reading it so I wish my information was on my Client Portal on the website so that I could reference dosage and titration scheduling. Other than that, I am loving VV and enjoying this process. :)
