I’ve been ordering for years I’ve been ordering for years, consistently receiving a high quality product. This last time my order was shipped but somehow got lost along the way during shipping. When I emailed for help, the reply was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. It was nice to see that customer service is just as high quality as the product itself!

CBD oil experience I received the CBD oil in a timely fashion. I was thinking I'd be dissapointed that I was not getting the PureKana Vanilla Mint flavor...but was pleasantly surprised that the citrus flavor with Premium Jane was pleasant! Still, I'd love for you to have a vanilla option too:)

The expiration date for the CBD cream… The expiration date for the CBD cream you sent mine is in two months. Research suggests that most CBD creams should be good for 1-2 years. Sending me a product so close to expiration is not acceptable.
