I had high hopes that they would be a great way to ensure she was getting her vitamins and nutrients that may be lacking in her diet. Sadly, I tasted them, and I would agree that they are not as delicious as the ads would leave one to believe. What a waste of money.

10/10 recommend These vitamins have been a life saver! I notice a big difference in my 3 1/2 year old son’s development and his social skills. Not as many outburst as he used to have, if any at all most times! He enjoys taking them and loves the taste. I notice he is more focused while taking the vitamins vs when he doesn’t take them for a while. I definitely would recommend this product!

We love these vitamins We've been using these vitamins for 4-5 months and largely got them at first in hopes they would help with mood. Moods have improved, and we don't know for sure if it was a school change or adding these vitamins to our routine, but the kids are happy and healthy and absolutely love the flavor and texture of these vitamins. They've also gotten sick and missed less school this year than last.

Yummy, Yummy Gummy Time We added First Day vitamins to our 5 year olds daily regimen about a year ago. His appetite increased, his focus increased and his overall mood improved. He wakes up every morning asking for his yummy, yummy gummy time!

Just an expensive vitamin Besides the fact that my son did not really like the flavor, we saw no impact whatsoever. First Day is no different than any other multi-vitamin. It’s just more expensive. My Instagram account got suspended because I was trying to post the truth. Don’t waste your money.
