The customer service agent was able to handle my request quickly, kindly, and with sincere interest in addressing my concerns. The replacement locks were sent to my new address without delay and no cost. I am extremely happy with the service provided by iMovR.

GBGreat products and great company to deal with I have an unusual situation and needed a custom desk with specific and high demands, and iMovr helped me figure out which system to get and helped with some key design features. After using the desk for quite a while I had a minor electrical issue and they very quickly determined a fix and sent me the necessary parts. They sell great products and are a pleasure to deal with.

GBTerrible company to deal with and you… Terrible company to deal with and you are never able to deal with a live person. Their shipping company(CEVA) is worse than the the iMovr company itself, which saying something. The shipping company lost and then found the desk and then returned the desk to the origin point, the end result is a very dissatisfied customer who did receive a partial refund (minus a 20% restocking fee) who will never recommend this company at any level. Stay away, far far away. There are better and cheaper standing desks available.

GBsupport lacking, accessories unworkable with no service The review is strictly for company, accessories and customer support and that they won't let you leave reviews on their website. Click on add my review and it's a loop to their reference to good reviews. Desk is solid, moving well and assembled well but accessories are sometimes unusable and they don't care. I ordered desk but ended up putting together past 100 days and found the accessories that go under desk (laptop holder) won't fit because they hit the rails needed for desk motors/cords. Told imovr and they just said sorry past 100 days. Their power cord accessories are overpriced jokes. The tilt keyboard is legit, but i have about $500 of worthless accessories, and only usable was keybaord and monitor holders. if company tried a little on customer service and not blocking ability to leave reviews which they advertise on site and online, they could easily have 5 starts and not have me find places to leave reviews.
