I never received my products I did not receive my products. I sent a request to be reimbursed to the wrong place. When It finally went to the correct email they responded immediately and said they are sending a new order. I will be ordering from them again.

Ordered product online Ordered product online. A week had gone by and no notification regarding status. Reached out to learn order was not processed internally due to order being flagged as fraudulent. It would have been nice to have heard from someone rather than having to ask myself what the issue was.

the post office won't let me be great I was having trouble getting my item delivered, and customer support worked with me the entire time to make sure i got my item even though the mess up wasn't with them. i appreciated all their efforts. i love injoy extracts and their products hit every time.
