Would NOT recommend! Had an awful experience with this company unfortunately, I had high hopes that they would be professional and courteous.. They were, but only in the beginning when they were using their sales technique - once they got their money their attitude changed dramatically! When the works were (eventually!) finished, we telephoned their head office. Their attitude was rather intimidating and extremely patronising and having worked in a customer services background I was shocked that a company who boasts about having such high standards would speak to customers in such a manner - their customer services is non-existent! I had hoped to use the one company to carry out several projects in my home but after my experiences with this company I was forced to go elsewhere because they were so shoddy. I would never use them again. No, I wouldn't recommend, nor can I award more than one star on this occasion unfortunately.

High standard of work and a reasonable price Martin from Callum Fraser helped me with a house refurbishment I had undertaken. Initially, they installed a new tiled conservatory roof for me and as the work was to a high standard and a reasonable price, I contracted for much more work including new ceilings, flooring, plastering ,a bathroom and window installation. All done to a high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Callum Fraser.

Another great job! I have used these guys twice now and they are a pleasure to deal with! Great service from start to finish and the joiner Jamie was excellent (its good to see someone who takes so much pride in his workmanship!) Thanks again!
