Happy me! I've been taking Hormone Harmony for approximately 2 weeks. My bowel movements have significantly improved - previously every 3 days and now daily! It did not work for me It did not work for me, upset my stomach, and seemed to worsen my BP. Plus, it's pretty expensive. If I were to do it over again, I'd look for less expensive options first and not purchase in bulk to try to save money. On the positive side, the shipment arrived when expected.
