Well I have been taking leaky gut caps… Well I have been taking leaky gut caps and it woorks for me I also like to add a little of the chocolate mint powder to my coffee in the morning and a container of that last me 3 to 4 months and texting with Brendan he make sure everything is taken care of great customer service.
